About Susan

Susan Brown has been satisfying clients she has worked with to buy and sell their homes, new construction, staging, remodeling and rentals since 1988. After visiting family for several years in West Palm Beach, where she fell in love with the weather, the exciting downtown that still has a quaint feeling, and the arts/culture, she decided to move here permanently.

Born into a family of real estate construction and sales, it was obvious that Susan would become a real estate agent. At the age of 18, she was the youngest person to receive an Indiana real estate license which started her career as a REALTOR®. She enjoyed a successful career with numerous rewards in Indiana. Wanting to escape the cold winter months of Indiana she sold her clientele and moved to South Padre Island, Texas in 2001.

Susan went to work for a new golf course development until 2006 when she decided she missed being a full-time real estate agent. From 2008 until she moved to West Palm Beach, she was the #1 agent in sales units and/or volume in the South Padre Island area.

Susan has received numerous awards each year such as ranked among the top 1.5% of 1.4 million real estate professionals in the United States in 2020 (America’s Best Real Estate Professionals honor), Top 500, Hall of Fame, Top 100, Platinum Club, National Hall of Fame, and Listing and Sales Agent of the Year. She also holds the designations of GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative).

Through her continued education each year, she strives to stay on top of any legal or technology changes in the real estate industry so she can better serve her clients. Susan’s goal is to always improve her service to her clients, and has an unwavering commitment to be the very best at what she does and doing it right.
