The Texas-specific Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation is one of the most sought-after credentials in the Lone Star State’s real estate industry. Not to be understated, the GRI is a comprehensive program that was developed to provide real estate agents with a more in-depth education of the concepts and laws that govern the practice of real estate in Texas. By completing the GRI program, agents are able to demonstrate a higher level of commitment to their profession, as well as a greater knowledge of the state’s real estate laws and regulations.
The well-esteemed GRI designation is a great way for Texas real estate agents to not only increase their credibility in the eyes of their clients, but to also increase the value they bring to the table when it comes to addressing any complex legal questions or concerns.
